Year of the bull
Last summer we travelled to Salamanca. The city celebrated the construction of the famous Plaza Mayor 250 years ago. Amongst the many cultural events, the exposition of major sculptures in front of the New Cathedral was impressing. I made this gouache of the sculpture 'Year of the bull' made by Xavier Mascaró in 2001.

Eigenlijk wilde ik daar een gouache plaatsen met een abstract karakter, maar je moet je niet willen meten met Mondriaan, alleen al de mogelijke suggestie
